It might only be October, but with Christmas just over 10 weeks away, we wanted to confirm what our Christmas celebrations will look like this year 😁. This will also help local teams and services to plan their own local celebrations, as we know venues do get booked up very quickly.

So the plan for this year will be as follows:

Thursday 14th December will be the date to keep free for our festive TT-wide celebrations. The morning will be a collective festival virtual webinar for all Thrive Tribe staff to attend and celebrate together, in a fun-filled festival bonanza, from the comfort of your front room.

The morning session will then finish and there will be a planned couple of hours break in the day, allowing all staff to get ready and travel to their local service celebrations. Local teams can plan an afternoon and/or evening full of in person task, parties and other christmas-related fun. This is where your teams can put your own stamp on Christmas, and do some really fun things with your teammates. To help these afternoon/evening celebrations there will be a £25 per person budget assigned to help you all really get into the festive spirit 🎅.
