We have brand new, fantastic, internal opportunity in a quickly expanding area of our operations. Earlier this year NICE published guidance that Tirzepatide can be prescribed in primary care when accompanied by behavioural support. We are delighted that NHS England have commissioned Thrive Tribe, through the Healthier You service, to provide this behavioural support in areas where we already offer the Healthier You National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP). With this in mind, we’re looking for a Project Lead to join the team, to help us mobilise and run a great BSOP programme!
A typical day as a BSOP Project Lead might include:
- Working with the Associate Director of Operations (Healthier You) to plan, mobilise and deliver an effective interim BSOP programme.
- Managing a small team of staff dedicated to the programme, supporting them to excel in their roles and provide an excellent client experience.
- Organising cross-ICB contract delivery of BSOP Courses, primarily to be delivered online, via Microsoft Teams.
- Completing varied operational activities necessary to the success of the BSOP service, including aiding with triage activity during times of excessive demand.
- Liaising with Senior ICB stakeholders through an aligned approach, coordinated with local Healthier You Service Managers.
- Producing reports on success of Thrive Tribe’s BSOP interim solution, in line with NHS England’s external, and Thrive Tribe’s internal expectations.
- Working with Thrive Tribe colleagues to ensure adequate learning is derived from the BSOP Interim service and contributing to any proposed tender opportunities beyond this for the long-term NHS England opportunity.
- Ensuring due consideration and adherence to our internal Thrive Tribe policies, including Information Governance, Safeguarding and Complaints procedures.
- Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values!
