Brighton & Hove Service Lead Opportunity

Dave

Here is a fantastic opportunity to lead the new Brighton & Hove Gloji AWM team as we develop our offer across the area.

It’s an exciting time for Thrive Tribe as we begin to deliver a Tier 2 adult and family weight management services throughout Brighton and Hove. We’re now looking for a Service Lead to lead the team!

The programme is designed to support individuals to improve their health behaviours and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle, in order to achieve and sustain weight loss. Clients will be able to benefit from a variety of our pathways and products across adult and children’s weight management alongside our physical activity offerings. As Service Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a small, talented team to ensure we deliver the best care across Brighton & Hove.

Who wouldn't love to lead a team with this kind of backdrop to it!?

Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role. However, so you know what to expect, below are the initial main duties for this role.

• Developing partnerships with stakeholders, commissioners, and clients in line with our culture and values.

• Providing top quality strategical and operational leadership, working with key partners to achieve contractual KPI’s.

• Coaching and supporting your team to reach their full potential.

• Ensuring that programme delivery maintains the highest standards in respect of quality, health and safety, internal governance, data security, safeguarding and clinical governance.

• Effectively managing the sub-contracted parts of the service, and the processes that underpin successful partnership working.

• Working collaboratively with the Thrive Tribe Central team, to introduce exciting new aspects to the programme that may be defined by commissioners.

• Keep abreast of national/local developments and opportunities in the health sector to innovate and support the continued growth of the service.

• Ensure that all reporting and performance data is provided to our stakeholders on time and exceeding the expectations of our commissioners.

• Effectively promote pan-organisation events to your team, engaging participation and ensuring they benefit from the full Thrive Tribe experience.

The closing date for applications is Friday 10th November.

Please see the ful job advert below if you are interested in learning more about this role. If you would like any more information, please contact Dave Griffiths, Head of Service, on [email protected] or 01323 404600.
