On Wednesday we awarded Claire Higgs, the first Achieve Values Award - go Claire!

Claire started with us as a client and had been out of formal employment for many years whilst she was a carer to her daughter. She joined us two years ago in the Triage team, getting stuck into work with enthusiasm and always willing to learn about all areas of our service! Claire has gone above and beyond in her role, helping other teams, bringing lots of fresh ideas and we have seen her confidence soar. She recently applied for a Community Engagement Role, and after only a couple of weeks in post, has been making many new connections, attending lots of events and presenting her ideas for the role to the team. Claire embodies Thrive Tribes vales and is highly deserving of our first award. A massive congratulations to Claire!
