This course looks at the importance of sleep, the impact on health and discusses coping strategies to manage life stresses.
It is a two hour course covering:
· the importance of sleep
· the impact lack of sleep can have on health
· what good sleep hygiene looks like
· the psychosocial view of resilience
· the impact of stress on the body
· coping strategies to manage life stresses.

This course is aimed at front line staff who are supporting clients; however it is open to anyone with an interest in the subject.
